Process Engineer

Responsibilities

  • To conduct process failure analysis on molds running with high reject and establish preventive action.
  • Responsible to maintain manufactured parts or service in accordance to customer requirement.
  • To monitor daily production quality and productivity including effectiveness of mold service, repair and maintenance.
  • To ensure compliance of standard operating procedure, work instruction and quality standard.
  • Practice effective supervision and enforce discipline of subordinates while encourage quality, productivity and stability achievement in line with operation targets.
  • Establish and implement countermeasures on all issues incurred during mold repair, service or maintenance.
