Finance Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for financial accounting/reports and full set of accounts.
  • Lead in the preparation of financial planning, budgeting control and cash flow management.
  • Liaise with auditor pertaining to audit matters and with tax agent pertaining to tax computation.
  • Liaise with various department head pertaining to matters or problems arise which affects daily operations of accounts department.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy and preferably a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Shipping Officer

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for shipment document preparation and handle local and international incoming and outgoing shipment.
  • Responsible for delivery orders, invoices and packing list as per customer purchase orders (Domestic/Export).
  • Responsible to update K2 and GPBI information on monthly basis.
  • Prepare and process GPB and customs forms.
  • Assist in arrange transportation for daily delivery and liaise with customers on the delivery status.
  • Assist in all custom monthly report submission timely.
  • Responsible to ensure the customs taxes are cleared on time.

Requirements

  • Possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma in any field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knows Microsoft Office well – Excel, Word.
  • Knowledge in shipping operation is an added advantage.

  • Assist supervisor to performs and manage store operation involving receiving, issuing, picking, load and unloading activities, shelving, packing, labelling, shipment preparation, RTV, inventory control and maintaining material handling equipments.
  • Maintain proper and accuracy stock records and proper warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping.
  • Manage storage space to improve efficiency and easy retrieval.

Requirements

Sr Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

  • To co-ordinate tool fabrication based on customer requirements.
  • To carry out tool buy off before testing.
  • Assist on new product sample pull and sample submission.
  • To support production and ensure tool is fulfilling the company targets and condition. Also to ensure high efficiency and minimal tool down time.
  • To analyse and rectify the tool problems encountered during operation together with production Team.
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance Team and Technical Team for product development and First Article (FA) sample preparation.
  • To troubleshoot on current tooling issues to improve production yield and reduce production cost.
  • Co-ordinate in the repairing activities via internal tool room or external vendor depending on the repairing complications.
  • To ensure & enforce full implementation of Quality Management System.
  • To work on upgrading all tool room machines until it has the capabilities to fabricate good mold/tool.
  • To participate or lead in Kaizen activities.
  • To monitor & enforce 5S concepts in daily practice.
  • Assists superior on handling any other assignments/projects as and when required/instructed.

Requirements

  • At least Bachelor Degree holder in any Engineering field.
  • At least 2 years working experience in Engineering or Tooling Department of plastic injection molding industry.
  • Alternately, HDD, semiconductor, medical life science background (cleanroom practice) will be considerable.
  • Knowledge of precision parts dimension measurements. (Smart Scope / CMM would be an added advantage.)
  • Language: English, Malay.
  • CADCAM software & skill: 8D (Eight Disciplines), fishbone diagram and knowledge in other quality tools & demonstrate analytical thinking & problem solving skills.

  • To be responsible for all quality matters relating to the daily operations of plastic injection moldings, assemblies and new projects development work
  • Communicate with clients regarding any quality issue
  • To implement and continually improve the QMS, EMS, ROHS policies and procedures to ensure customers satisfaction, attainment of production requirements and customer expectations, effective and efficient support of manufacturing
  • To manage the corrective / preventive action program, customer complaint and ensure programs are effectively monitor, evaluate and reports of product quality
  • To ensure the closure of all processes & product non-conformities detected by QC
  • To prepare and review First Article Report for new project
