Job Responsibilities :
  • To develop & maintain good rapport with existing customers.
  • To establish new clientele network and expand customer base (both domestic & overseas).
  • Ensure payments are collected and disbursed on timely manner.

Hatchery Manager


Job Responsibilities :

•  To plan, conduct, report hatchery section including broodstock procurement and maintenance, berried crab procurement and maintenance, live feed preparation, water reconstitution & preparation, larval-rearing.
•  To continue and maintain the crab hatchery operation and maintain its existing equipment for future use.
•  To develop barramundi brood stocks for future hatchery operation.
•  To lead in parameter monitoring in Barramundi fingerlings in nursery tanks.
•  To continuously develop other bloodstock species like Rohu, Tiger Prawn, Catfish for future hatchery operations.
•  To lead the team for technical support in fish and SSC farming improvements.
•  To generate monthly report in the status of the technical support team as a whole address to AGM.
•  To coordinate with the locals for technical support with regards to crablets collections, stocking and rearing.

Job Requirements :

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries, Aquaculture and other related courses.
•  At least 5 years relevant working experience in aquaculture, hatchery operation is a plus.
•  Good mathematical analysis.
•  Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
•  Strong analytical skill with the ability to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.
•  Possesses self-initiative and assertive, able to communicate with people of all levels.

Executive – Supply Chain & Logistics

  • Prepare shipping documents for daily shipment and sample to customers and responsible for daily logistics administrative work.
