Responsibilities:
Summary of Duties / Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities to assist BTC(HOD)/Project Manager/Leader in process validation.

Key areas of responsibility include:-
Support validation task under new development as per statutory and regulatory requirement.
Statistically review where appropriate in order to provide project leader/project manager for conclusion.
Support engineer hand’s on approach during validation activities under new development.
Support to prepare validation report or validation protocol stage from BTC – new development.
Support to ensure all validation link to project documentation in a proper filling from Project Leader / Project Manager
To ensure all validation documentation link to project,documentation in a proper filing from project Leader/Manager
To support validation task,technical documentation protocol,write up and statistical review where appropriate
Any other tasks or assignment required by superior from time to time

Requirement:

Minimum education, Diploma / Degree in Science / Engineering
Basic statistical engineering,experience in preparing technical documentation,protocol and report,experience in regulatorygovernance
Handling validation stage from medical/pharma/polymer industry is an added advantage.
Basic concept Process Validation
Basic writing skills in technical documentation protocol, report or others

Job Function:

Perform quality inspection
Ensure incoming material, in-process and outgoing products are properly inspected before delivery.
