Group Training & Development

For continuous employees’ development, training and development is one of the most important facet in Texchem. In line with the Strategic Group HR Plan, we are establishing a system to continuously:

  • Identify knowledge gap needed by the employees to accomplish their job.
  • Identify training programs suitable to achieve company and group objectives.
  • Establish training support from both internal and external resources.
  • Continuous assessment on the effectiveness of training programs.

Ladies in Leadership

In Texchem, female employees are given equal treatment as their male counterparts. Female employees are given opportunities to progress and hold important positions in the corporate ladder. Texchem Ladies’ Club was established to provide an additional platform for them to gain exposure, relevant skills and knowledge.

Texchem Executive Team (TET) Pipeline Program (TPP)

At Texchem, we believe the strength of our future lies in the potential of our people. The Texchem Executive Team (TET) Pipeline Program (TPP) is our flagship initiative designed to shape exceptional leaders who will drive the organisation’s growth as members of the Texchem Executive Team (TET) and EXCO.

Through a combination of immersive classroom training, hands-on project work, participating in strategy workshops and personalised mentorship, TPP equips selected participants with the skills and expertise needed to excel in leadership roles.

TPP reflects Texchem’s commitment to identifying, nurturing, and developing talent in today’s competitive business landscape.

Texchem Executive Team (TET)

The Texchem Executive Team (TET) comprises senior and top management from Texchem’s 5 business divisions and the corporate headquarters of Texchem.

Initiated by Dr Yuma, our President and Group CEO, the TET brings together key leaders to align strategies and shape the future direction of Texchem.

The TET focuses on developing and discussing division strategic business plans, alongside growth strategies, to define their current position, future goals, and aspirations. TET works collaboratively to map out the path forward, detailing how these goals will be achieved within set timelines.
