Talent Development: Shaping Future Leaders

We don’t just build businesses, we build leaders. Our Texchem Executive Team (TET) Pipeline Program (TPP) is a high-impact leadership initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of decision-makers. Through immersive training, real-world strategic projects, and direct mentorship, participants gain the expertise to drive innovation and business growth. This program is not just an investment in our people, it’s an investment in Texchem’s future.

Labour Practices & Human Rights: Ethical & Fair

Integrity defines our approach to labour practices. We ensure safe working conditions, fair compensation, and uphold fundamental human rights across all operations. In compliance with the Workers’ Minimum Standards Act (Act 446) and the Minimum Wage Order 2022, we provide equitable pay, ethical employment standards, and a zero-tolerance stance on child labour. In FY2024, Texchem Group recorded zero human rights violations, reaffirming our commitment to ethical and responsible employment.

Diversity & Inclusion:
Strength in Differences

We understand that a diverse workforce brings strength. By bringing together different perspectives, backgrounds, and expertise, we create an inclusive culture where equal opportunities drive innovation, collaboration, and long-term success. Our commitment to diversity is not just about representation, it’s about building a workplace where every voice is valued and every individual has the chance to grow.

GENDER DISTRIBUTION OF TEXCHEM EMPLOYEES IN 2024

Female

46%%

Male

54%%

We’re especially proud of the progress made in gender diversity. Women now make up 46% of our workforce in 2024, up from 47% in 2023, 26% in 2022 and just 25% in 2021. Back in 2020, the figure stood at 22%. Texchem values gender diversity as an important aspect of our workplace. We continue to cultivate an environment where talent is recognised, opportunities are accessible, and every individual can contribute and grow.

CSR: Making a Meaningful Impact

We believe that true success extends beyond business, it is measured by the positive impact we create. Guided by our commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and inclusivity, we lead initiatives that uplift communities, protect the environment and extend compassion beyond borders.

From providing nutritious meals to underprivileged students and supporting the visually impaired to funding kidney dialysis patients and aiding relief efforts, our programmes aim to bring about real, lasting change.
