Integrity defines our approach to labour practices. We ensure safe working conditions, fair compensation, and uphold fundamental human rights across all operations. In compliance with the Workers’ Minimum Standards Act (Act 446) and the Minimum Wage Order 2022, we provide equitable pay, ethical employment standards, and a zero-tolerance stance on child labour. In FY2024, Texchem Group recorded zero human rights violations, reaffirming our commitment to ethical and responsible employment.

GENDER DISTRIBUTION OF TEXCHEM EMPLOYEES IN 2024
We’re especially proud of the progress made in gender diversity. Women now make up 46% of our workforce in 2024, up from 47% in 2023, 26% in 2022 and just 25% in 2021. Back in 2020, the figure stood at 22%. Texchem values gender diversity as an important aspect of our workplace.
