Service Awards

The Texchem Service Award Program is one of the avenues used to acknowledge and encourage employee loyalty. It is our way to tell employees that their contribution is appreciated and that their hard work is the reason the company continues to grow. The award is presented to employees who have been with the company for five years, and again at every increment of 5 years.

Presidential Awards

Started in 2014 with the aim of encouraging innovation, the Presidential Award is awarded at division and group levels to employees who introduce new methods, ideas or products. The winner of each division presents their project during the yearly Managers’ Conference. The winner receives RM10,000 in cash and a winning challenge trophy.

On 15th January 2016, the TXPM team, representing the Polymer Engineering Division won the 2016 Presidential Award with their presentation entitled “Building Block Concept Production for Aerospace Interior Parts”.
