Texchem’s Polymer Engineering Division is one of Asia’s leading polymer engineering solutions providers. We invest heavily in fully integrated thermoforming, injection molding, compounding, sheet extrusion and flexo printing plate manufacturing facilities, which contain an in-house design centre, full scale tooling rooms, cleanrooms, tray washing lines as well as production and R&D equipment. Leveraging on state-of-the-art manufacturing technology, industrial knowledge, raw material know-how, design and engineering capabilities and outstanding customer service, we are able to create cost-effective and efficient customised solutions for prominent MNCs throughout Asia, Japan, Europe and the US, thus enhancing our reputation for quality.
To cater to our clients’ needs, the Division has production facilities strategically located in Asia’s major manufacturing centres including the Northern, Central and Southern regions of Peninsular Malaysia, Ayutthaya in Thailand, and Dong Nai Province in Vietnam. In addition, the Division has technical support and sales offices located in the US and Japan.
With the recent shortage of personal protective equipment (PPE) globally, the Division has used its technical capabilities to produce face shields, sold under the brand name “Tex-Shield”.
