Anti-Corruption

With zero tolerance for bribery, Texchem’s Anti-Corruption Policy (ACP) aligns with MACC Act 2009 and T.R.U.S.T. principles. The ACP extends to suppliers, with regular training and policy reviews. Since 2023, 100% of employees and Board members received ACP training, with no whistleblowing cases or corruption incidents reported.

Data Privacy and Security

Texchem Group upholds stringent cybersecurity measures, complying with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Our Code of Conduct reinforces confidentiality obligations for employees.

Supply Chain Management

Texchem Group extends ESG principles across its supply chain, enforcing strict procurement policies and ethical standards. Our vendors adhere to the Texchem Vendor Code of Conduct, ensuring compliance, fair labour practices, and anti-corruption measures under the MACC Act. Prioritising local suppliers to minimise carbon footprints and support communities, Texchem allocated 44.5% of its procurement spend to local suppliers in FY2024, up from 42% in FY2023. This upward trend reflects our continued commitment to sustainable sourcing and strengthening local economies.

Product Services and Quality

Quality is at the heart of Texchem Group. Our Food and Restaurant Divisions uphold the highest safety standards through HACCP, GMP, and MeSTI certifications, rigorous testing, and continuous employee training. In FY2024, we achieved zero food poisoning cases, zero quality complaints per shipment, and zero food safety hazard complaints. With globally recognised accreditations, Texchem reinforces trust and excellence across its products and services.
